ADULT -and- UNDER 18 participants listed below are your guests.

Step 1 - Choose the number of adult and under 18 guests

Step 2 - press continue

Step 3 - If you haven't completed a form with these guests before then press 'Add New Customer' to enter their details.

              - Select your guests name from the drop down menu.

Step 4 - Complete the rest of the form.
