Outdoor Climbing Experience with The Reach Climbing Wall

Step out of the gym and into nature with The Reach Climbing Wall’s Outdoor Climbing Weekends! Designed as an Introduction to Outdoor Climbing, these weekends offer a fantastic opportunity to experience the thrill of climbing on real rock.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an indoor climber looking to take your skills outside, you’ll enjoy a weekend of top-rope and bottom-rope climbing in the stunning Peak District. You’ll also have the chance to try abseiling!

Please note: this is a fun and immersive experience does not include lead climbing.

Key Details:

• Who can join?
  Suitable for adults and children aged 7+. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legally appointed guardian.
• Pre-requisites:
  Prior indoor climbing experience is recommended but not essential.
• Group Size:
  Maximum 8 participants per weekend with 2 qualified instructors, ensuring personalized guidance and support.
• Schedule:
  Full-day sessions from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. Times may change to make the most out of the weather/light.
• Dates:
  • 21st + 22nd June
  • 12th + 13th July
  • 9th + 10th August
  • 20th + 21st September
• Cost:
  £200 per person for the weekend.

• Location:
  The beautiful Peak District—exact venues to be confirmed.
• Transport & Accommodation:
  Participants will need to arrange their own transport and accommodation.
• Equipment
  All necessary climbing equipment can be provided, you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
• Weather Considerations
  As we all know, the Great British Weather can be unpredictable!
  Our experienced instructors will do their best to adapt the sessions to the conditions on the day. However, please come prepared for all weathers.
